She has played a key part in several successful Large Scale Agile transformations and is zealous about creating a high-performing, engaged, Agile culture, one that is continuously transforming, adapting, evolving and striving to deliver what matters to people, businesses and communities.

Andy specialises in Agile Transformation and coaching leadership and teams through the transition from traditional to Agile ways of working. He has more than ten years of experience in business consulting, project management and financial services technology in Asia Pacific. Andy has experience working across many diverse cultures and regions, while appreciating the amazing results diverse teams can achieve. He is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Before joining ADAPTOVATE, Andy brought large transformation programmes to life across financial services firms in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to that, Andy spent time with DBS, Barclays Capital and Bank of America Merrill Lynch leading programmes and projects.

Malar is a Certified Scrum Master & Product Owner with over 7 years of experience supporting customers on their path to agile and digital transformation. She has experience designing and developing IT systems for the public and private sector with a passion for deeply understanding users’ needs to quickly deliver outputs of value.

Prior to joining the firm, Malar worked as a cross-functional consultant at Appian where she applied Agile practices to the delivery of many software applications in industries such as financial services, telecommunications, social collaboration and legal services.
