Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) are fast becoming a future reality in our worlds. It is estimated that between 2021 and 2028, the global ARVR market is expected to grow more than 800% to more than 250 billion dollars. It is no longer just a technology used within the gaming and entertainment industries but is presenting huge opportunities in transforming the future experience of customers and how they would interact with your business.
This 3-hr workshop takes you through a broad introduction into the current landscape of existing and upcoming ARVR opportunities. You would also work on a selected problem statement to identify potential ARVR opportunities using the design thinking methodology, essentially crafting a product or service proposition against desirability, feasibility and viability parameters.
During the workshop, participants will get a chance to try on a ARVR goggle headset to have a sense of the virtual reality. By the end of the workshop, you will be able to prototype your own AR/VR experience.
