Alpesh leads the Technology Innovation Group in Hyundai Motor Group Innovation Centre in Singapore (HMGICS), the group’s test bed and first global open innovation hub to promote human-centred intelligent manufacturing innovation for a mobility paradigm shift through advanced mobility solutions as well as the value chain innovation.
Before joining HMGICS, Alpesh was one of the core Industry 4.0 leaders in Asia for McKinsey & Company, leading their Digital Capability Centers (DCCs) in Asia Pacific. Alpesh also built extensive experience in manufacturing, automotive and motorsports, logistics, as well as in the public sector. Before joining McKinsey in 2011 Alpesh worked for Ferrari’s Formula One team for seven years. As a senior aerodynamicist, he developed key areas of the car and helped transfer knowledge to the road car product development division.
Yuan Yi has 8 years of experience in helping MNCs globally in their Digital Transformation journey with emerging tech. Background in Technology Entrepreneurship, Public Policy, Philosophy and Cognitive Science. Believer in multidisciplinary approach, stakeholder engagement and partnership collaboration in driving Digital Transformation for a sustainable future.
