Claudia is an animal researcher with a special interest in animal behaviour and animal welfare science. She manages the overall welfare of over 15,000 individual animals and 1,000 species at Wildlife Reserves Singapore.

Gilbert Quek has been with Jurong Barrels for 5 years. As part of the management team, he overlooks the entire operation and assists in the company’s expansion process. Gilbert has more than 30 years of experience in the manufacturing sector.

Jurong Barrels is a leading company in Singapore specializing in reconditioning of used metal drums and plastic containers. Reconditioning refers to the cleaning and restoring of these drums and containers to its original state or similar to its original state.
Zhaorong has experience in financial analysis and has 10 years of experience in an accounting role. As the management accountant for Jurong Barrels, he oversees the finance and administration aspects of the company.

Ryan Yap is the Head of Growth of YCH Group, focusing on YCH’s alchemy of growth. This constitutes the strengthening of YCH through organic growth, collaborations and M&A strategies. He advises on the formulation and implementation of IP strategies to drive overall growth, innovation and cooperative relationships with other companies.
Ryan graduated from University of Durham, United Kingdom with a Bachelor of Laws. Prior to joining YCH, Ryan was with Allen and Gledhill litigation department covering white collar crime and employment law. Ryan had the opportunity to advise clients on issues pertaining to amongst other things, regulatory offences and employment disputes.
Prior to joining YCH in 2018, Ryan was with Allen & Gledhill LLP’s litigation department and mostly dealt with matters concerning white collar crime and employment law.
A large portion of his work centres around operational excellence, verifying and/or adopting new technologies, exploring cooperative relationships, novel revenue streams and value chains and the formulation of IP-related strategies to assist YCH’s journey into Industry 4.0.
