Reuben specialises in Human Centred Design leadership and has been working at the intersection of design, culture and technology for almost two decades. One of his key passions is to see impact via people thriving in organisations and systems that work harmoniously together.

As a strategic designer, Kate's purpose is to assist organisations to frame the right problems in order to design the right solutions; to help them focus on 'what', then on 'how’. In order to achieve that, she draws on human-centred design, creativity, empathy, collaboration, and, ultimately, co-creation.
